POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

 

Single items - £3.95 2-5 items - £5.50 Over 5 items - £7.75

 

 

DELIVERY

 

We will aim to despatch your order by return of post. For out of stock items and special requirements, please allow up to 28 days. An estimated delivery date can be provided on request.

Cancellations will be accepted on standard stock lines up until the point of despatch after which please see refund policy.

Orders for goods made to specification can be cancelled within 48 hours.

Prices include VAT.

 

RETURNS

 

Refunds will be given (excluding postage) on goods returned within 14 days in their original condition. This excludes garments that have been embroidered or made to your specification, unless these garments are faulty. Please send to: Returns Department, Cordcourt, PO Box 108, Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 3UR.

For exchanges a further £2.75 handling charge must be included.

We will aim to despatch all items as featured in the catalogue but may at times have to substitute trimmings or make small adjustments to the design without prior notice. Colours are printed representations only. Prices may vary due to market conditions.
